As a leader your job is to motivate and develop your employees. While most leaders believe motivation is the key to any organization’s success, many struggle to keep their people motivated on a daily basis.
Since we were kids, we’ve been taught the benefits of getting plenty of calcium. But the same mineral that helps us build strong bones and teeth can have a less than desirable effect when it builds up on hotel linens (sheets and towels). In a process called encrustation, calcium deposits can leave towels and sheets feeling stiff and scratchy, which may have a potentially detrimental effect on guest satisfaction.
The two most important things any owner or senior management person can be doing on any given day are to increase revenue and decrease cost without sacrificing quality. Recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a world-class team is a giant step in the right direction to increasing profitable revenue.
The most valuable gift you can offer as a business leader isn't your years of experience, your Ivy League education, or even the vast industry knowledge you possess. The most important gift you can offer your employees is you: your enthusiasm, your creativity, and your ambition. These qualities make a leader unforgettable.

Through this agreement, Spindle Technologies,a division of Dober, is forming a strategic alliance with Ecolab Textile Care in an exclusive licensing agreement for its ChemWatch Software technology and the OPTRAX Utility Module.
“There will be no movement of people as they currently all operate remotely,” said Henke. “The Dober leadership team is very skilled and respected in the industry. We plan to have them as part of the team moving forward. During the transition, both businesses will operate as usual and we do not expect there to be any changes in the service the customers are used to receiving.”
