FAIRWAY, Kan. — At its Dec. 10 board meeting in Chicago, the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) announced its 2008 Board of Directors. In addition, it was noted that HLAC has more than 70 laundries accredited or signed up for inspection to become accredited. To date, 36 laundries have received accreditation (see attached list of accredited laundries).

Richmond, KY—The National Association of Institutional Linen Management’s (NAILM) members voted to change the association’s name to Association for Linen Management (ALM) at their annual business meeting in Las Vegas at the recent Clean Convention.
